Scope of application

Asyril is entitled to modify or improve, at any time, the terms of use, the information, the names, the images, the pictures, the logos, and the products and services described within, without any prior notice. The continued use of this website, following the posting of any changes of these legal notices, will mean that you accept such changes.

This website may include publications with inaccuracies or errors that may be corrected as they are discovered, at our sole discretion. Additionally, changes are periodically added to the online information. These corrections and changes may be incorporated to this website at any time at our sole discretion.

Bill of material (BOM)

The configurator helps configure Asyril products and develop a bill of material by Asyril partners or guests. Asyril takes no responsibility if the bill of material suggested does not correlate to the requirement specifications of the application. It does not replace feasibility trials or evaluation done by our partners or by Asyril’s application team. It is the sole responsibility of the partners and guest users to ensure that the bill of material suggested by the configurator matches the application. Please note that no consistency check of the data entered in the configurator is made. Thus, suggestions might be made even if the data entered is unrealistic (eg. by entering a part size of 3000 mm, an Asycube 530 might be suggested by the configurator, but this will clearly not work, since the maximal length of the Asycube is 530 mm).

Registration

After registration, a formal approval by Asyril will be made. Asyril might refuse to give access to the configurator to a new registering member without giving any reason. Misuse of the configurator might also be a reason for blocking access for registered user.

Prices

Prices are only visible for partners as registered users. The configurator should also not be seen as a binding quote. Only official quotes from Asyril or pricing based on latest Asyril Product List are binding. The discounts applied in the configurator are solely help for our partners. Only the discount level written in the legal contract signed between Asyril and the partners is binding.
